- *Transforming the Council Headquarters*: A facelift was given to the Mbaitoli Council Headquarters, improving working conditions for staff, including de-roofing and re-roofing of the ICT building and completion of a 6-room ultra-modern Staff Toilet.
- *Waste Management Initiative and Infrastructural Improvement*: The Executive Chairman commenced the evacuation of the refuse dump at Umueze amauburu village, Ubomiri, along Orlu express road.
