A visionary leader and pragmatic politician, Dr. Emeka Obi, Executive Chairman of Onuimo LGA in Imo State, has lauded Hon. Sam Osuji, the representative of Isiala Mbano State Constituency in the Imo House of Assembly, for empowering 50 youths from the locality with skills in Renewable Energy: Solar Energy and CCTV Installation and Maintenance.
