The Hope Community Vanguard, a security group saddled with securing lives and properties in the twenty seven local government in Imo State, commanded by the Director general, Honorable Pastor Frank Onwumere has shown it's total and unalloyed solidarity to the re-election bid of the Governor of Imo state, Senator Hope Uzodinma in the forthcoming November 11 Governorship election in imo state.
In a solidarity March tagged ONE MILLION MAN MARCH FOR GOVERNOR UZODINMA, the Owerri capital of Imo state was shut down as these outfit converged in Owerri in absolute solidarity to the re-election support for Hope Uzodinma at Hero's Square and marched through the state to government house where they group met the shared prosperity government's Pilot and presented an award to him for his good leadership in the state.
This event which took place on Friday was a great surprise and a prove of capacity of the Hope Community Vanguard in mobilizing a force to recon with.
The state coordinator and Director General of the group has really shown that he is a good mobilizer and someone that believes in the 3R government of Governor Hope Uzodinma which is second to none as witnessed in Imo state.
The DG, Pastor Frank Onwumere thank his Vanguard for the massive turnout to support Governor Hope Uzodinma and assured them that they will never be left behind.
The Governor in his reaction was happy to see such and appreciated the crowd from community vanguard and thanked them for the award and their support. He reminded them that every one of them is expected to cast and protect his or her vote come November 11 Governorship elections and promised to continue delivering the dividends of democracy to Imo people.
In their seperated remarks, the Special advicer to the Governor on special duties Nze Chinasa Nwaneri and the special Advicer to the governor on Rubber Estate and Recovery, Honorable Madoka Anthony Ordu, appreciated Pastor Frank Onwumere for his effort and capacity in mobilizing such a crowd to show solidarity to The Governor of Imo State Senator Hope Uzodinma and encouraged them not to relent until the mandate is retained.
