The National Facilitator the single largest support group for the reelection of Governor Hope Uzodimma, Imo Progressives Movement IPM and Member Representing Ohaji Egbema, Oguta and Oru West Federal Constituency in the Federal House of Representatives, Rt. Hon Eugene Dibiagwu has announced the appointment of Hon Ebonuma Charles Onyeze as the Director of the Directorate of Special Citizens Imo Progressive Movement.
The appointment was pronounced when the leadership of the people living with disabilities paid a scheduled courtesy visit to the office of the national facilitator of Imo Progressive Movement at the IPM head office Owerri Onitsha Road.
The courtesy visit which was led by Hon Charles Ebonuma, the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Imo State. Hon Ebonuma stressed the need for a collaborative partnership between the leadership of IPM and the community of people living with disabilities. He further demanded that thd national facilitator should make create a special directorate for special citizens.
The National Facilitator IPM Rt.Hon. Eugene Dibiagwu in a swift reaction announced the creation of the directorate for special citizens and immediate appointment of Hon. Ebonuma Charles as the Director for Special Citizens.
In a vote of thanks, Hon Ebonuma thanked Hon Eugene Dibiagwu for the confidence reposed in him and promised to galvanise the community of people living with disabilities for the reelection of Governor Hope Uzodimma.
