As Owerri zone APC continues on its Local government tour, it is an evident that the party leadership are forming a formidable alliance bound by a common goal , to deliver the Prosperity government Led by Governor Hope Uzodinma for second tenor and pave more brighter furure for imo state.
The tour which entered day two, took the leaders to Aboh Mbaise/ Ngor- Okpala Local government areas to reinforce the people's commitment to this noble course of securing victory for Governor Uzodimma in the November 11 2023 Governorship election in imo state.
In his speech, the State APC Chairman, Honorable Macdonald Ebere, PhD expressed confidence in Governor Uzodimma's developmental capacity. The reconstruction of Owerri- Mbaise and Ngor-okpala roads are just a glimpse of the transformative strides Governor will accomplish", he opined and comended the Aboh Mbaise and Ngor-okpala party Leadership for being organized ,and peaceful, and urged them to work harder to achieve their goals.
" We must come together and vote Governor Hope Uzodinma for his re-election " He insisted .
The Deputy Governor Imo state, professor Placid Njoku emphasized the need for unity within party ranks and advised that the APC imo state should stand together behind one candidate for Governorship election and that the person of senator Hope Uzodinma who has been tasted and trusted. He harped on the news for a cohesive and consolidated campaign.
An Apex leader of APC in Owerri Zone Prince Lemmy Akakem in his own submission, called for vigilance against detractors. He urged the party faithfuls to ensure the piloting of the state affairs remains in capable hands and not those that lack genuine concern for the citizens. He urged the party supporters to mobilize and cast their vote only for Senator Uzodinma and ensure that APC wins.
Many others APC leadership that lent their voices at the visitation are former Imo APC Chairman, Marcon Nlemigbo, Majority Leader, Imo state house of Assembly Rt. Hon. Kanayo Onyemaechi all charges the party Leadership to work
for the party.
In reaction, the APC leadership Aboh Mbaise and Ngor-okpala expressed their total, and unshakable support for the Governor, senator Hope Uzodinma.
