MBBAITOLI HOSTS LANDMARK HEALTH INTERVENTION: CHAIRPERSON LEADS POWERFUL RUBELLA & TUBERCULOSIS SENSITIZATION PROGRAMME

In a bold demonstration of leadership and community-centered healthcare advocacy, the Chairperson of Mbaitoli Local Government Area, Hon. (Mrs.) Gertrude Lebechi Nwanegwo, in collaboration with the First Lady of Imo State, Her Excellency Barr. (Mrs.) Chioma Uzodinma, successfully hosted a One-Day Sensitization Programme on Rubella and Tuberculosis on Wednesday, 30th July 2024, at the Mbaitoli Council Hall.
The well-attended program commenced with the introduction of dignitaries present, setting the tone for what would become a highly impactful health awareness event. In his opening remarks, the Executive Chairman of Mbaitoli LGA, Hon. Ifunanya Nwanegwo, welcomed participants warmly and threw light on the importance of proactive healthcare measures.
