*OMEOGO COMMISSIONS SOLAR POWERED BOREHOLE, LAYS FOUNDATION FOR MODEL SECONDARY SCHOOL IN AMANATOR OKPORO*

In a landmark event, Hon. High Chief Canice Moore Chukwugozie Nwachukwu (Omeogo), Chairman, House Committee on Inter-Governmental Affairs, commissioned a fully reticulated solar-powered borehole and performed the foundation laying ceremony for a model secondary school in Amanator Okporo, Orlu LGA, Imo State.
The secondary school, proposed to be named _Best Brains Institute, Amanator Okporo_, is set to be a beacon of excellence in education. Omeogo, who hails from the same community, promised to ensure the school outclasses others in the axis.
*A Tribute to Forefathers and Parents*
Omeogo expressed gratitude to his late parents, Mr. Jerome Obikaeze Nwachukwu and Ezinne Mrs. Roseline Nwachukwu, for instilling the importance of education. He also commended the forefathers of Amanator Okporo for allocating land for educational purposes.
*Call for Unity and Development*
Omeogo thanked the community for their support and urged them to work together to move Amanator Okporo forward. He praised Executive Governor Hope Uzodinma for his support and encouraged the community to pray for the governor's success.
*Appeal for Peace*
Omeogo appealed to those causing insecurity to stop and give peace a chance, emphasizing that development and dividends of democracy can only thrive in a peaceful environment. He forgave those who burnt his house and urged others to do the same.
*A New Era for Education*
The school is expected to benefit from Omeogo's scholarship program for its first set of students. He encouraged individuals to take up projects in the school, such as constructing classroom blocks, hostels, and sports facilities.
The event featured cultural dance displays, masquerades, and match passes by school children. Dignitaries from the government and private sector attended, and the community enjoyed food, drinks, and music.
Omeogo's commitment to development has earned him the nickname "Mr. Projects." His vision for Amanator Okporo's growth and prosperity is a beacon of hope for the community.
