A New Dawn for Mbaitoli: Hon. Ifunanya Nwanegwo's Victory Speech
Hon. Ifunanya Nwanegwo, the newly elected Chairman of Mbaitoli Local Government Area, has extended his heartfelt gratitude to the people of Mbaitoli for their overwhelming support in the recent LGA Chairmanship and Councillorship election.
"I am humbled by your trust in me, and I assure you that I will deliver nothing but the best," he said. "My leadership will be a beacon of excellence, purpose-driven, and result-oriented, where every voice will be heard, and every hand will be carried along."
Appreciation and Acknowledgment
Nwanegwo specially thanked Imo State Governor, Senator Hope Uzodinma, for his visionary leadership and wisdom that ensured a peaceful, free, and fair election. He also appreciated the efforts of Deputy Governor, Her Excellency Lady Chinyere Ekomaru, and Hon. Innocent Ikpamezie, the dynamic house member representing Mbaitoli.
Additionally, he thanked his brothers who aspired for the position of executive chairman, including Hon. Collins Ugorji, Hon. Chinasa Hamilton Opara, and others, acknowledging that "we are all victorious, and our dream for a developed Mbaitoli will be achieved together."
Call for Unity and Cooperation
In the spirit of sportsmanship, Nwanegwo offered an olive branch to his opponents, recognizing their gallant efforts. He also thanked the Federal House of Representative Member, Hon. Akarachi Amadi, and the entire APC Mbaitoli LGA structure for their trust and confidence.
